Commissions are for Personal Use only.

This is not a "first come, first serve" basis. Requests are accepted based on the Artist's discretion.

Therefore, the Artist will accept commission requests based on these criteria alone.

However, the Artist has the right to decline the client's request due to the following terms:

If the following request did not meet the criteria for acceptance.

If the following request is beyond the Artist's skill. Yes, even if the subject falls under the criteria for acceptance.

Inevitably, there are times that cancellations may happen before or during the commissions due to the following:

Certain circumstances (e.g. unable to deliver the commission, failure to complete payments, etc.).

Therefore, the decision must be communicated properly and agreed upon with both the client and the artist before granting any refunds.

The Artist may stream the commission unless agreed upon by the client.

The artwork will be drawn in the Artist's style. Requests that require to draw/imitate a different art style will be automatically rejected.

Rush commissions are not accepted.

The Artist has the rights to share the commissioned artworks for portfolios/promotional use.

Payments are done via Paypal only.

50% upfront before commission starts then another 50% once completed, plus additional fees from revisions, add-ons, etc.

As stated, the decision must be communicated properly and agreed upon with both the client and the artist before granting any refunds.

Commissions past lineart/rendering phase are non-refundable. Unless allowed by the Artist however, refunds will consist of the percent of the original amount depending on the current progress:

Sketch/Lineart/Color Sketch Phase: 80%

Rendering Phase: 50%

If the Artist initiates the cancellation of the order regardless of the progress, refunds are granted 100%
